These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SystemAndTools website at https://systemandtools.com and the reporting tools available through it (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by SystemAndTools ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service lets you upload data exported from your own online store and analytics accounts, such as a Shopify Marketing Attribution export, Google Analytics data and Google Search Console data, and generates a summary report that you can view and save as a PDF. The Service is provided free of charge unless we state otherwise.
2. Eligibility and your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- You may only upload data that you own or are authorized to use and share.
- You must not upload unlawful content, malware, or personal data about your customers that is not needed for the report.
- You must not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use automated tools to place excessive load on it.
3. Your data
You keep all rights to the files you upload and the reports generated from them. You give us permission to process your files solely to generate your report. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Reports and accuracy
Reports are generated automatically from the data you provide. Figures depend on the quality and completeness of your files and on how the source platforms classify traffic. Reports are provided for general information only and should be checked before you rely on them for business, financial or client decisions. We do not guarantee that a report will be complete, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, software and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by law. Reports you generate may be used freely for your own business or your clients.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including hosting, database and artificial-intelligence processing providers, and may link to third-party websites such as Shopify and Google. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may limit the number or size of uploads to protect the Service.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SystemAndTools will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for it, which for the free Service is zero. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or block access to the Service if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory rights.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
